Prices

Standard rates

• The minimum charge is £144.  This is for 2 nights and up to 12 persons.
• Additional nights are charged pro rata so that for 3 nights (for up to 12 persons) the charge would be £216
• Each additional person is charged at £6 per person per night.

Holiday rates (Bank and school holiday periods)

• The minimum charge is £192.  This is for 2 nights and up to 12 persons.
• Additional nights are charged pro rata so that for 3 nights (for up to 12 persons) the charge would be £288
• Each additional person is charged at £8 per person per night.

New Year rates

• The minimum charge is £240.  This is for 2 nights and up to 12 persons.
• Additional nights are charged pro rata so that for 3 nights (for up to 12 persons) the charge would be £360
• Each additional person is charged at £10 per person per night.

Deposit

• A deposit of £100 must be lodged in advance at the time of booking.

Prices include heating and lighting but exclude electricity for showers, cooker, fridge & sockets which runs from a £1 coin meter.
